What does LeadBuilders.net actually do?
LeadBuilders.net does several things:
1. We provide you with a Live Chat icon for your website. When a visitor clicks on the icon we will chat with the visitor on your behalf.
2. We have found that after a period of time on a page, website visitors will have questions that your website may not answer. Therefore, we will invite your visitors to chat with us to see if we can answer any questions that they might have. We will do this even if they don’t click on the chat button.
3. We will send you a transcript of the chat immediately after it takes place so that you can see the chat and follow up with your prospect immediately.
