How are you supposed to chat with my customers when you don't know my business?
Our goal is not to be an expert on your site or your business, but to put you in contact with your website’s visitors by obtaining their contact information and the purpose of their visit and getting that information to you as fast as possible. That said, to reach this goal we are trained on your business enough to answer basic questions so that we appear to be part of your business. The training information is gathered from you at the time we setup your account and is always reviewed prior to going live.
