How do you send the chat information to a mobile phone? There are not enough characters in a text…
Our text messages to you do not contain the entire chat, but contain start with the Action: Call, Follow Up, Message, etc… and then the information needed to complete that action. For example a text message might be “Call: Danny Lindstrom at 555-555-1234. He is interested in Product X”. The entirety of the text will be sent to you via email and it may be helpful to check that before taking the action.
