Here's an example
Below is an example of what a chat conversation may look like. Please keep in mind that conversations can vary in length. Here, a user was browsing a site (assume it is your website) and a message appeared on the users screen that read "Hi, sorry to interrupt, I just wanted to make sure everything is making sense so far?" This is one of many approaches that we employ to help the visitor feel comfortable and that we are not intruding. Here the user engages with us and asks us a question. From this example you can see that that the visitor has a question, we let them know that someone will be contacting them and ask for their telephone number. Our goal is to get their information to you as quick as possible so you can answer their questions, because obviously no one knows more about your business than you do.
Once the lead is obtained we immediately send you a condensed version (with the critical details) including either a phone number or an email address directly to your cell phone as shown in the example below. You'll normally receive most of the lead details within 60 seconds, which allows you to get in touch with your potential customers extremely fast! We too, want you to hear people say "wow that was fast!"
We also send the full lead/chat details directly to your email as well. You will also be assigned a user name and password that will allow you to logon to our online system and view all of your past and current leads.
