LeadBuilders realizes that most small businesses, including the owner(s) and staff, are busy enough just working on their core business that they don't have time to sit in front of a computer everyday hoping for people to stop by and visit their website.  Leadbuilders was created with that in mind, to help everyday businesses take advantage of the tremendous opportunities that they are passing up every day.  We capture those opportunities by monitoring your website and engaging your visitors with the intent of converting them to paying customers!

A high "bounce rate" is a bad thing, it simply means people see your site and then they are off to another site without even clicking on another link. We are a professional group of individuals with offices located in Salt Lake City, Toronto and Atlanta.  We started off developing websites (which we still create so if you need to update your website, ours web development is second to none!) but we realized that we needed a way to help our customers convert more web visitors to buyers.  We started out by putting a script on the websites that we created and this allowed us to monitor our customers visitors and help them see the tremendous value in the website we created for them.  As time went on we realized that we had a tremendous tool and service that we could begin to offer everyone, and not just our customers that we had recently build websites for.  At that time Leadbuilders was born.

You'll find that all of our team members are very well trained and quite professional.  All of our team members speak English as their primary language. We get this question a great deal as many people are worried that we are outsourcing all of our services to India or other countries where you can easily tell that they don't speak (or write) English as a primary language.  All of our team members are in the US and/or Canada and they speak and write English very well.  One element of the service that we offer is that you can login and give comments on any conversation that took place and give us and your website agent direct feedback if something well or poorly.  We use this feedback to insure that we are constantly improving our service and getting feedback from the people that matters most, you!
